Reach Talent Agency launches live shows for podcasts
Reach Talent Agency, took a strategic shift in its business model, announcing a partnership with global promoter Live Nation to produce a headline live event for the MOBO-nominated In My Opinion podcast.
The event, taking place on September 6th at EartH Hackney Theatre, marks RTA’s evolution from a boutique talent management firm into a vertically integrated media powerhouse. By facilitating the move from digital IP to a major ticketed live event, RTA is demonstrating a new "Produce-Manage-Scale" framework designed to professionalise and commercialise creator-led brands.
As the creator economy matures, RTA is moving beyond traditional commission-based talent deals into owned IP monetisation. This live show serves as a proof of concept for the agency’s new 360-degree ecosystem:
Produce: Utilising RTA’s production infrastructure to develop high-spec digital content.
Manage: Building long-term brand identities for culturally dominant talent.
Scale: Converting digital engagement into physical revenue streams through ticketed events and live sponsorship inventory.

Following the September 6th show, RTA intends to replicate this "live-first" strategy across its wider roster, further bridging the gap between independent digital culture and global commercial entertainment.
